Easy, Blue Spirulina Yogurt Bowl
Extremely Easy & Gorgeous Blue Spirulina Yogurt Bowl
You might look at this photo and think “No way can I make that”. Well, let me tell you this Blue Spirulina Yogurt Bowl was a breeze to make. This bowl only took me 5 minutes. All you need is a blender, and 6 ingredients!
The blue color comes from the superfood spirulina, you can find this in just about any health food store or you can purchase it online. I have included a link within the ingredients. Or you can skip this ingredient all together and you will still have a delicious yogurt parfait, it just wont be blue.
