This is because I keep the meal plan calories fairly low. This is NOT because this is all you should be eating in a day, but because everyone's calorie requirements are different, and this leaves room for you to add your favorite snack bars, protein shakes, or other meals to your day. But, also allows you room to make adjustments to the Protein, Carbs, and Fats, in any recipe to fit your specific calorie or macro goals….if you are tracking calories/macros.
