It is a period of 4-7 days that you track your food, every lick, bite, and taste.
You will track the food on your own using any food-tracking app you would like.
Then at the end of the week, you will update your personal tracker that I will provide to you via email, this tracker will look at your food, your activity level, your steps, your weight, and your biofeedback for the week.
The tracker will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. But again, the more data you can provide the better our call can be!
By tracking your food for this period of time I am able to get a very clear understanding of how you're fueling your body, how your metabolism is functioning, and what changes need to be made.
You can use any food tracking app you want, as long as it breaks out your: Protein, Carbs, and Fats.
Most people have used MyFitnessPal at some point, so that is what I typically recommend. Plus I had used it for years and can help answer any questions you might have while tracking.
However, within my Strong Physique training app, there is also the ability to track your food. If you don't already have a food-tracking app that you like, I could give you free access to my app for this week to complete your week of observation
Weighing your food might seem like a pain in the butt. But it does provide the most accurate data. Measuring cups and measuring spoons are never going to be as accurate as a food scale.
Plus a food scale is going to help you better understand and visually see the portion sizes that you are currently eating!
And I promise a food scale is not hard to use, and in fact, in many ways, it's easier than measuring cups and measuring spoons!
Yes! By the end of our call, you will have custom macros for your body and for your personal goals.
These are not cookie-cutter macros, they will be created strategically for you. They will vary from just about any macro calculator you could ever find online.
I typically plan for these calls to take 45 minutes - 1 hour.
However, I'm not going to end our call at 60 minutes if we are still deep in our conversation. I want to make sure that all of your questions are answered, and that you walk away from our call with a very clear understanding of your goals and how to get there!
You can cancel no questions asked within 24 hours of purchase for a complete refund.
There will be No Refunds after the 24-hour cancellation period for any circumstance.
