Strawberry Dragon Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 200 g Strawberries (half reserved for topping)
  • 50 g Dragon Fruit, cubed
  • 35 g Honey Almond Flax Granola
  • 1/2 tsp Antioxidant Blend (Unicorn Super Food)

Directions:

  1. In a blender combine Greek yogurt and 100 g strawberries. Blend for about 2 minutes, stopping and scrapping down as needed.
  2. Pour yogurt mixture into bowl and top with remaining strawberries, cubed dragon fruit, and granola.
