- 10 oz Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
- 200 g Strawberries (half reserved for topping)
- 50 g Dragon Fruit, cubed
- 35 g Honey Almond Flax Granola
- 1/2 tsp Antioxidant Blend (Unicorn Super Food)
- In a blender combine Greek yogurt and 100 g strawberries. Blend for about 2 minutes, stopping and scrapping down as needed.
- Pour yogurt mixture into bowl and top with remaining strawberries, cubed dragon fruit, and granola.
