Salmon & Radish Avocado Toast

  • 1 slice 15 Grain Bread
  • 25 g Smoked Salmon (about 1/4 cup)
  • 50 g Avocado (1/2 an avocado)
  • 10 g Radish, sliced (1 radish)
  • 20 g Cucumber, sliced (3-4 thin slices)
  • 5 g Goat Cheese (about 1 tbsp)
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper


  1. Toast the slice of bread.
  2. While bread is toasting, cut avocado in half and scoop out one side of the avocado into a small bowl. Using a fork smash the avocado, and season with a dash of black pepper.
  3. Once the bread is toasted, spread the avocado onto of the toast.
  4. Top with sliced cucumber, then salmon, then radish.
  5. Using a fork scrap the goat cheese over top of the toast, to sprinkle with a little cheese.
