Caprese Avocado Toast

  • 2 slices Whole Grain & Seed Thin Bread
  • 50 g Avocado (half an avocado)
  • 65 g Campari Tomato, sliced (1 medium tomato)
  • 25 g Fresh Mozzarella, sliced
  • A few Springs of Fresh Basil
  • Dash of Pepper


  1. Toast the bread.
  2. While bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half and scoop out half of the avocado and put into a small bowl. Season with a dash of pepper and smash avocado with a fork.
  3. Spread the smashed avocado on the toast.
  4. Then place the sliced tomato and mozzarella on the toast, and garnish with a few springs of basil.
