Instructions:

  1. Place yogurt and all frozen fruit into blender, blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth. 
  2. You may need to stop and scrap sides of the blender down to ensure things mix completely. 
  3. Peel and slice kiwi, and 1/2 a Banana.
  4. Pour yogurt mixture from blender into a bowl.
  5. Top with sliced banana, kiwi, and almonds.
  6. Enjoy!

Notes for meal prep and meal planning:

You can make this Kiwi Banana Yogurt Bowl 2 days in advanced. Simply store in the fridge, in an air tight container until you are ready to eat it.

When I make this smoothie bowl, I always make two. I eat one right away and I eat the other the next day. This allows me to use the entire banana preventing any food waste.

  • ¼ cup Blueberries frozen
  • ¼ cup Blackberries frozen
  • ¼ cup Raspberries frozen
  • ½ cup Kiwi Peeled and Sliced, (approximately 1 kiwi)’ 
  • ½ cup Banana Peeled and Sliced’ (approximately ½ banana)
  • 1 tbsp Shaved Almonds
