Ingredients, in this Tomato and Cucumber Salad:
- 2 cup Cherry Tomatoes, sliced (about 1 entire cucumber)
- 2 cup English Cucumber, diced (about 1 pint)
- ¼ cup Feta Cheese, crumbles
- 2 tbsp Fresh Chives, diced
- ½ Fresh Lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Dash Salt
Instructions:
- Prep your ingredients: slice the tomatoes, dice the cucumbers, and slice the chives.
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss until everything is well incorporated, the lemon juice is distributed, and all ingredients are seasoned.
