Instructions
Prep your ingredients: slice the tomatoes, dice the cucumbers, and slice the chives.
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss until everything is well incorporated, the lemon juice is distributed, and all ingredients are seasoned.
Enjoy this dish all on its own or as a side to just about any protein...my favorite with this salad is lemon pepper salmon!
