Summer Watermelon Fruit Salad

Can you make this Summer Watermelon Fruit Salad Ahead of Time?

Yes, yes you sure can! This fruit salad, (following this recipe) will last for 3-4 days when stored in your fridge. Now, it’s important to remember that this is based on this recipe and the fruit that I am using. Should you choose to make adjustments to the recipe using different fruit, this salad may not last as long or could last longer. Most fruit will keep for at least 3 days but that does depend how fresh the fruit was when you put it in the salad.

Tips for Storage:

Are you Counting Macros?

If you are counting macros you might be wondering “How can I adjust this recipe to hit my macro goals?”

CARBOHYDRATE:

Being that this is a fruit salad and fruit is essentially all carbs, you can increase or decrease your carbs based on your serving size.

PROTEIN & FAT:

The feta in this fruit salad is what provides both the protein and the fat. Therefore if you are looking to increase the fat and protein you can simply increase the amount of feta you add to the salad.
