Ingredients

  • ½ cup Cashews raw unsalted, chopped up, (about 70 grams)
  • ¼ cup Cacao Nibs (about 30 grams)
  • ¼ cup Hemp Hearts (about 30 grams)
  • 1? cup Level 1-Milk Chocolate Protein Powder (about 50 grams)
  • cup Honey Almond Butter (about 20 grams)
  • 2 tbsp Water

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix together, smushing the almond butter into the other ingredients until all of the protein powder has been incorporated. Your mix will start to form pea-sized clumps.
  • Now using a regular spoon, scoop out enough mix to make a one-inch ball (about 30 grams). Using your hands roll the ingredients around until you have formed the 1-inch ball. If your mixture is too dry, add another tablespoon of water.
A little tip, your warm hands will help the ingredients stick together and remove any little cracks in your balls.
  • Continue scooping out ingredients and rolling 1 inch balls until you have used up all of the mix. You should be able to create 12 balls.
