Salmon & Radish Avocado Toast

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Toast the slice of bread.
  2. While bread is toasting, cut avocado in half and scoop out one side of the avocado into a small bowl. Using a fork smash the avocado, and season with a dash of black pepper.
  3. Once the bread is toasted, spread the avocado onto of the toast.
  4. Top with sliced cucumber, then salmon, then radish.
  5. Using a fork scrap the goat cheese over top of the toast, to sprinkle with a little cheese.
