Strawberry Crackers, Yogurt/Cheese

Servings: 1, 4 crackers per serving

Ingredients: Strawberry and Yogurt Crackers

  • 4 Sea Salt and Olive Oil Crackers
  • 6 oz Non-Fat Greek Yogurt (3/4 cup)
  • 35 g Strawberries, sliced (About 4 Strawberries)
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh Basil, chopped

Directions:

  1. Spread yogurt onto four crackers.
  2. Then slice your strawberries thinly and lay them on top of the yogurt.
  3. Chop a few basil leaves and sprinkle on top.

  • 4 Sea Salt and Olive Oil Crackers
  • 35 g Gouda Cheese (4 slices, 1 per cracker)
  • 35 g Strawberries, sliced (About 4 Strawberries)
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh Basil, chopped

Directions:

  1. Slice you cheese, giving yourself one slice as long as your cracker, if your block or wheel of cheese is not long enough, cut as many slices as needed to cover the length of the cracker with one layer of cheese.
  2. Then slice your strawberries thinly and lay them on top of the yogurt.
  3. Chop a few basil leaves and sprinkle on top.
