Opti-Greens Apple Protein Juice

Opti-Greens Apple Protein Juice is a light and refreshing way to get your protein and boost your immune system. This is my go-to morning drink “My Power Green Drink”! It is also a great way to get your first serving of fruit and veggies for the day!
Ingredients to make Opti-Greens Apple Protein Juice:
Ingredients
- 2 stalks Celery roughly chopped, (about 60 grams)
- 1 Granny Smith Apple core removed, roughly chopped, leaving the skin on (about 175 grams)
- 20 oz Water
- 2 scoops Collagen Powder, unflavored (about 34 grams)
- 1 scoop Opti-Greens (about 20 grams)
Instructions to Make Opti-Greens Apple Juice:
Instructions:
- Chop your celery and apple, removing the apple core, but leaving the skin on. The skin provides a good amount of nutrients. Yes, that means there will be pulp, but pulp has the majority of the nutrients!
- Place your apple, celery, and water in your high-speed blender. Then add the juice from 1 lemon, and your collagen powder, and opti-greens powder.
- Blend on high for about 1 minute.
- Serve and enjoy! The second serving can be saved in the fridge for about 2-3 days, simply shake by hand before drinking later in the week!
