Meal planning made easy! This page is dedicated to your personal meal plan. Here you will be able save recipes to your own personal collection. As you find recipe on the A Dash of Macros website that you want to try, simply click the green “add to your meal plan” button within the recipe card. This will save the recipe to your collection making them even easier to add to you personal weekly meal plan.
Below you will see the title: Recipe Collections, this is where those meal will be saved once you have clicked on “add to your meal plan”.
Once you are ready to create your meal plan you will work within the weekly meal planner. Below is a meal planning video tutorial. This video will walk you thru the steps of adding the weekly meal planner to your recipe collections. Additionally it well as teach you how to add your personal schedule to the planner. Therefore making it easier for you to plan your meals around your busy life!
