Cauliflower Salad

Serves 6-8


  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 6 boiled eggs, separated
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp spicy brown mustard
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 3 tbsp sweet relish
  • 1/3 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Chop cauliflower into bite size pieces and boil for 12-15 minutes or until tender, in a separate pot also boil the 6 eggs.
  2. While waiting for the cauliflower and eggs to boil, dice onion and celery and combine in a large bowl with: mayo, mustards and relish.
  3. Cool cauliflower and eggs under cold water. Peel the boiled eggs, separate’¬†yokes and place in a small bowl, mash the yolks and add to the large bowl with the mayo, mustards and relish. Slice the egg whites into small bite size pieces and add to the large bowl.
  4. After the cauliflower has cooled add to the large bowl, toss, season with salt and pepper and serve.
