Ingredients:

  • 12 oz Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 18 g Almonds (about 1/4 cup)
  • 10 g Pumpkin Seeds (about 2 tbsp)
  • 3 g Sunflower Seeds (about 1 tbsp)
  • 20 g Dried Cherries (about 1/3 cup)

Directions:

  1. Spoon you yogurt into your serving bowl.
  2. Then sprinkle your nuts and seeds on top of the yogurt.
  3. Finish with your dried cherries and enjoy!
