Fig & Honey Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Non-Fat Greek Yogurt (1 cup)
  • 50 g Fresh Figs, quartered (1 fig)
  • 10 g Blueberries (2 tbsp)
  • 10 g Honey Almond Flax Granola (about 1/4 cup)
  • 5 g Honey, (about 1 tsp)

Directions:

  1. Spoon 1 cup of yogurt into your serving bowl
  2. Top the yogurt with your granola
  3. Then add your quartered figs in the shape of a flower burst
  4. Sprinkle with your blueberries
  5. Then finish the yogurt with a drizzle of honey
