Blueberry Kashi Parfait
- 6 oz Non Fat Greek Yogurt (3/4 cups)
- 15 g Honey Almond Flax Granola (1/4 cup)
- 20 g Blueberries (handful)
- 2 oz Non Ft Greek Yogurt (1/4 cup)
- 5 g Honey Almond Flax Granola (sprinkle)
- 10 g Blueberries (about 6)
- In a small glass, layer each ingredient on top of one another in the order of the ingredient list above.
- Spoon 6 oz of yogurt into the bottom of a glass.
- Top with flax granola, then blueberries.
- Spoon the other 2 oz of yogurt into the glass.
- Then top with additional flax granola and blueberries.
- Serve and Enjoy!
