Blueberry Kashi Parfait

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz Non Fat Greek Yogurt (3/4 cups)
  • 15 g Honey Almond Flax Granola (1/4 cup)
  • 20 g Blueberries (handful)
  • 2 oz Non Ft Greek Yogurt (1/4 cup)
  • 5 g Honey Almond Flax Granola (sprinkle)
  • 10 g Blueberries (about 6)

Directions:

  1. In a small glass, layer each ingredient on top of one another in the order of the ingredient list above.
  2. Spoon 6 oz of yogurt into the bottom of a glass.
  3. Top with flax granola, then blueberries.
  4. Spoon the other 2 oz of yogurt into the glass.
  5. Then top with additional flax granola and blueberries.
  6. Serve and Enjoy!
