Honeydew Parfait

  • 10 oz Non-Fat Greek Yogurt (1 1/4 cups)
  • 70 g Honeydew Melon, balled (1/3 an entire melon)
  • 30 g Blueberries (about 1/4 cup)
  • 10 g Honey Almond Flax Granola (2 tbsp)


  1. Spoon yogurt into 2 serving dishes
  2. Top each with honeydew melon balls
  3. Add the blueberries to each of the serving bowls, allowing the berries to fall around the honeydew melon
  4. Sprinkle with the honey almond flax granola
