Salmon & Radish Avocado Toast
- 1 slice 15 Grain Bread
- 25 g Smoked Salmon (about 1/4 cup)
- 50 g Avocado (1/2 an avocado)
- 10 g Radish, sliced (1 radish)
- 20 g Cucumber, sliced (3-4 thin slices)
- 5 g Goat Cheese (about 1 tbsp)
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- Toast the slice of bread.
- While bread is toasting, cut avocado in half and scoop out one side of the avocado into a small bowl. Using a fork smash the avocado, and season with a dash of black pepper.
- Once the bread is toasted, spread the avocado onto of the toast.
- Top with sliced cucumber, then salmon, then radish.
- Using a fork scrap the goat cheese over top of the toast, to sprinkle with a little cheese.
