Make the decision to live a healthier lifestyle

About 3 years ago I made the decision that I needed to work harder at living a healthier life style…actually stick to a work out regimen, eat healthier foods, start a skin care routine, all of the things women over 30 need to do in order to feel and look healthy for the rest of our lives. The things most of us think about doing or making a resolution to do, but this time I was going to stick to it, MAKE A LIFESTYLE CHANGE! 

No I was not extremely over weight but I could stand to loose a few ponds, no I am not showing major signs of aging but I wanted to get a jump start on prevention, and no I did not eat all that badly but I wanted to pay closer attention to what I was putting into my body.

During these last 3 years I have stuck to my new lifestyle change, and I am excited to continue with my new lifestyle, sharing everything that I have learned and will continue to learn along the way. I thought it might be a good idea to start sharing my lifestyle changes: workouts, healthy food option, recipes, skin care items, and other healthy products I have found effective.
